On the 31st of August 2019, Dr. Gowreeson was invited as guest speaker to address a group of about 50 runners in a running clinic that was jointly hosted by 42Race and Raffles Shield Insurance. The interactive session touched on running injuries and their prevention, the role of diet and metabolism, aerobic training versus HIIT and finally the controversial area of minimalist running. It was an enjoyable session, partly educational and partly fun Saturday morning !

Advanced Foot & Ankle Course
In December 2021, Dr Gowreeson co-organized and moderated a 3-day Advanced Foot and Ankle symposium for foot and ankle specialists across the Asia Pacific region. Experience managing complex cases and the most innovative current treatment methods in the foot and ankle space was discussed, debated and consensus reached. Advances in Foot & Ankle Arthro-Endoscopy Practice 12th June 2022
Dr Gowreeson was invited as international faculty to deliver a keynote address at the Tunisian Orthopaedic Society Annual Scientific Conference on the 10th -12th of June 2022. He spoke about innovative techniques in Foot & Ankle Arthroscopy and Endoscopy in sports injuries.

Dr Gowreeson was invited as international faculty to the Annual Congress of the Indian Athroscopy Society in Coimbatore, India, 15th-17th of September 2022. He delivered talks on arthroscopic evaluation of ankle fractures, gastrocnemius recession and recent cutting-edge arthroscopic techniques in foot & ankle surgery. He also performed a live-surgical demonstration on arthroscopic treatment of ankle osteochondral defects.
