What we treat
Four Areas of Orthopaedic Care
Surgery Is Considered, Not Assumed
Most orthopaedic problems don’t begin in an operating theatre. They begin with pain that hasn’t improved despite rest or conservative treatment. Dr. Gowreeson’s philosophy is preservation first. Physiotherapy, activity modification, bracing and injections are considered before surgery whenever appropriate.
When surgery becomes necessary, minimally invasive and keyhole techniques are used whenever suitable to reduce tissue disruption and improve recovery.
Conservative First
We explore non-surgical options before considering surgery.
Keyhole Techniques
Minimally invasive procedures where appropriate for reduced pain and faster recovery.
Personalised Plans
Treatment tailored to your diagnosis, goals and lifestyle
Faster Recovery
Smaller incisions and evidence-based rehabilitation pathways.
